Christmas Cakes

Fruit cake with white fondant icing, i used star cutters to create the tree and sprayed it with edible pearl lustre.



I made this cake at the weekend for my cousin to use in a fundraising event as either a guess the weight or as a raffle prize.... it raised £130!!!

This was last year's family Christmas cake - rich fruit covered with marzipan and fondant icing.
